By creating an account or using Inventory for All, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide you with a functioning, personalized inventory management experience.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or any data unrelated to your use of the inventory app.

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Inventory for All experience. Specifically we use it to:

• Create and manage your user account securely
• Store and sync your inventory data across your devices
• Allow you to upload, view, and manage photos and receipts tied to your items
• Send account-related emails such as email verification and password reset links
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance
• Comply with legal obligations where required

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making that affects you.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider based in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest on Supabase's secure servers.

Uploaded photos and receipts are stored as encoded data within your personal inventory records. No third-party file hosting services have independent access to your uploaded files.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever.

Each of the providers above acts only as our service provider and processes your information solely on our behalf to operate the app, under terms that require them to protect your data and prohibit them from using it for their own purposes. They do not have independent rights to sell or share your personal information.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of EJR94 Ventures LLC or others. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the app, the following occurs:

• All of your inventory items and categories are permanently deleted immediately
• Your account credentials are removed from our authentication system
• Any uploaded photos and receipts stored within your records are permanently deleted
• Deletion is irreversible — we do not keep backups of deleted user data

If you simply stop using the app without deleting your account, your data remains stored securely until you choose to delete it or contact us to request deletion.

You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app using the built-in access, export, correction, and deletion tools, or by contacting us at the email address listed in the Contact section. We will not charge you or reduce your service for making a request.

Inventory for All is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use the app. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures to protect it:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are securely hashed
• Database access is restricted by row-level security policies
• Email verification is required before account access is granted
• We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed by Apple

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes we will:
